PROFILE
Athletic and versatile ballplayer who brings intensity, hustle, and desire to the field, the cages, and the weight room. A grinder. A student of the game. A prolific hitter who sprays line drives to all parts of the field and has a nose for RBIs. Gap power steadily developing into home run power - but willing and able to lay down a sac bunt or make a productive out to advance a runner. Loves facing pitchers with velo. Most comfortable defensively at the hot corner, but capable of and experienced in any infield or outfield position. Quick feet and a strong, accurate arm. Good speed (6.8 60yd) with solid baserunning instincts and technique. A proven and consistent winner and a true team player who has the will to win and the will to prepare to win.

TESTIMONIALS
Nick is another good guy. He turned into an excellent baseball player for us. Middle of the order hitter with some big power. Can hit a breaking ball. Plays 1b mostly now but is certainly capable of playing outfield. Strong throwing arm.
He is dependable, Will be where he is supposed to be and will do what he is supposed to be doing. Will be in attendance and on time.
He is a good teammate and will be a person who will take an active interest in those around him. The thing I like most about Nick is that he will enjoy the journey.
Scott Winterburn
University of La Verne, Head Coach/Athletic Director
Nick was one of our best and most adaptive players we have ever had here. He can play multiple positions and be a leader on and off the field from all of them. If you look at his numbers, you know he can hit for average and power. He has multiple tools in the infield and the outfield. But what his numbers won’t show you is the type of person he is in the locker room and off the field. He is a great person and an awesome athlete. He will be the first one there and the last one to leave, and that is his work ethic every day. He is a baseball player thru and thru and is a great addition at multiple positions on any team, with BIG pop to any part of the field at the plate.
Mason Stoltenberg
University of La Verne, Assistant Coach/Recruiting Coordinator
Nick is a hard worker with a smooth swing and the ability to play multiple infield positions. He loves the game and is intelligent in the box. He has the ability to drive the ball to all fields and can be a threat in the middle of any lineup.
